Vyšné Ružbachy - Atractions
Summer
You can take less or more difficult tourist trips in a spare time. Tracks are in the surroundings of Vyšné Ružbachy, Slovak Paradise or High Tatras. Close polish cities Nowy Targ and Nowy Sacz will surely attract many tourists to visit known market-places. Hence, you can walk or cycle the following track Červený kláštor – Lesnica – Szcawnica (Poland) in the summer. There are so called oxygen tracks with three levels of difficulty (long 3 – 20 km). Other possibilities for sport are tracks for cycling in the surroundings (there is a possibility to rent a bicycle). You can spend your time also by visiting known summer pool, IZABELA, which has got an isle in the middle and is water supplied from the same named thermal spring.
Winter
There are eight ski-lifts in the known ski area Červená hora Vyšné Ružbachy with lengths varying from 200 to 1200 m (distanced 1,5 km from the spa) on the slopes with different levels of difficulty. Four of them are located in the part of SKI PARK Vyšné Ružbachy area with artificial snow-bound, mechanical treatment of down hills, ski school, ski rental, ski service and possibility of night skiing. We offer also innovations – skiing behind a horse as well as sleigh-ride. There are good conditions for using individual cross-country skiing tracks.
All year around
For our clients we organize periodical common trips, included are visits of various natural and historical attractions in the close and wider surroundings. There is a riding area with horses, too. Recreational riding provides nature riding (with a coach), inside riding-school, riding-school lessons and kids’ ridding. According to curative methods we offer horse back riding for disabled. You can also do something for your health and relax by taking curative procedures offered all year around or by swimming in the inside pool. Other features available are: fitness, sauna, massages and other relaxation procedures. There are several dancing parties a week with live or canned music in the White house spa coffee-bar. There are also other various cultural events, such as live concerts and sports tournaments.
