POZNAN - Tour Salon 2005

In 19th - 22th October 2005 the biggest exhibition of tourist trade in Poland opened its gates for 16th time. It was called "Tour Salon 2005" and it took place in Poznan. The number of curious visitors: more than 20 000 laic visitors and more than 3 000 professional visitors. Slovak stand of SACR (Slovak Agency for Tourist Trade) had an area of 150 square metres and there was also Slovak Jánošík - Peter Mihálik from Terchová.

There were other exhibitors in stand of SACR besides Bardejov: Trenčianske Teplice, Brusno spa, Trenčín, Liptovský Mikuláš, regional association of Tatra´s community, Veľký Meder, Terchová, High Tatras, Aquacity Poprad, Donovaly, Oščadnica, Zuberec, the association Malokarpatská vine route, SAZP, HIMEX, SOREA. Bardejov was presented by Tourist Inforamtion Centre - HERKULES - Ms. Denisa Štefuriková. Ing. Jana Staššáková and our native of Bardejov Ján Bošnovič were the representative of SACR.

Poles were interested mainly in historical monuments, towns, castles and manor houses, caves, cultural relics, agrotourism, vine routes, skiing, thermal pools, stays at spas, active vacation with adrenalin sports, aquaparks, relaxation stays in connection with acquirement of knowleges and activities like hiking...

Tourist Information Centre - HERKULES offered large advertising sources of members of Association of Tourist Trade in Bardejov and also interesting advertising sources of UNESCO.
