Kováčová

Kováčová community and the spa lie in the valley of the Zvolen and 18 kilometers from Banská Bystrica. The spa´s panorama is defined by the Poľana and Javorina mountain ranges, mixed forests dominated by beach and oak trees alternate with forest meadows.
The spa´s climate is warm, slighly humid, with cold winters. Average annual rainfall: 715 milimeters. Summers pass without large heat waves.
