Train: the railway station for international express trains (IC) – Poprad – Tatry (30km), then by tram, bus or taxi to Štrbské Pleso. The railway station Štrba, then by cogway railway (4km) to Štrbské Pleso.

Bus: Štrbské Pleso is on the route of various long-distance and international bus lines. The railway station and the bus station are about 200 metres away and in reception days the health resort provides for the transport of patients by micro-bus to all sanatoriums, every hour.

Car: international route E16 (Žilina -Košice), in Štrba follow the route No. E84 to Štrbské Pleso 8km. The Štrbské Pleso health resort is situated in the protected region of the National Park TANAP, thereafter entry by private vehicles for tourists to the sanatoriums is prohibited. Patients and visitors, travelling to the health resort with their own cars, are entitled to a single entry and departure, without a permit. Parking facilities are a vailable next to every sanatorium.
